Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and is only for physical products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You can confirm your digital services over the phone when you purchase. Any issues or problems related to digital services should be notified to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, we will try to make the corrections free of cost, or we will issue a full refund to the customer within the first seven days of that purchase. The 30-day refund, return, and exchange offers are only valid for the physical products.
